Ca. 1889, Boston Clock Company Ships Clock for the railcar steam ship "Express". The clock is accompanied by a framed photo of the "Express" in 1898 and a framed history of the clock and the ship. The nickel plated case is in fine original condition. The silvered dial has the original surface with fine engraving. The clock is in fine running condition. It is rare to find early marine clocks in such fine original condition especially with excellent documentation of it's origin. The photos tell the story.
