Chelsea 10" Dial Pilot House Clock - dial signed Riggs & Bros., Philadelphia. The case has been polished and lacquered. The dial has been resilvered and the movement has been serviced. Serial number 16790 on the case and movement dates the clock to 1905. The clock keeps excellent time. A large dial Chelsea in the best condition in every way.
