This is a ca.1923 E. Howard Clock Company No. 101 Multiple Electric Programme Clock. The clock was made to ring 3 sets of bells at 5 minute intervals as programmed by the user. The clock is 41 1/2" tall with a 14" dial. The oak case is in very fine original condition. The original finish has gorgeous medium brown color. The dial is original as are the hands. Both glasses are original. The lower door has the original gold leaf and paint. The movement and pendulum are original. The bob has fine Damascene decoration. The electric contacts and wiring have been restored, and function as designed. The 8 day weight driven movement has been serviced. The clock is in good running order and keeps excellent time. An unusual Howard program clock and a fine regulator.
