Chelsea 10" Special Dial Base & Ball Feet. House strike. Matching serial number 35332 dates the clock to 1908. The original surface dial is marked The Cowell & Hubbard Co., Cleveland. The case was polished long ago and has developed a rich, glowing patina. The house strike movement has been serviced.
