E. Howard 8 1/2" Marine Clock for Star Brass Mfg. Co., Boston. This is a very unusual clock. The key locking bezel opens locks at 6 o'clock with the hinge at 12. The dial with movement attached is hinged at 3 o'clock and latches at 9 with a thumb screw. The clock has been completely restored and is in the finest condition in every way.
